Payments for Akkir Pro are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, VAT collection, and payment disputes on our behalf.
Monthly subscription fees ($25/month) are non-refundable. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which access to Pro features will end. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Airtime top-up purchases are generally non-refundable once the credit has been applied to your account. If you cancel your subscription, any unused airtime balance remaining in your account is refundable on request.
Pro Edit charges ($10, deducted from your airtime balance) are non-refundable once the edit has been delivered.
