These Terms of Service govern your use of Akkir Pro, an AI music video studio operated by Joostech Media ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Akkir Pro provides AI-powered tools for generating music video content including character images, scene videos, lyric timelines, and final video stitching. Access requires an active subscription or sufficient airtime balance.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Akkir Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $25 USD and include a $5 airtime credit. Additional airtime can be purchased at any time. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, who handles all billing, VAT, and payment disputes. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Airtime is a prepaid credit balance used to pay for GPU compute. Rates are charged per render and displayed in-app. Rates are estimates during the beta period and may be adjusted. Unused airtime balance is refundable upon cancellation — see our Refund Policy.
You may not use Akkir Pro to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any audio, images, or other materials you upload.
The Akkir Pro platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Joostech Media. AI-generated output is provided to you for your personal and commercial use. We make no warranties as to the uniqueness or originality of generated content.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. GPU compute is subject to third-party availability. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by infrastructure outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joostech Media's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Akkir Pro shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will end at the close of the current billing period.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
